Space bar december 2022: Christmas edition

Dear members,

The final Space Bar of the year will take place on Thursday 15th December in the Atmosfeer, starting at 17:00! This will be a special Christmas edition of the Space Bar, which means it will be an hour longer than usual (so 17:00 to 21:00), and there will be a pub quiz, live music, and free snacks!

The quiz, starting at 18:00, will be hosted by Danny Tio (a.k.a. Galactic Greaser), and will feature 3 rounds: Name that Object, TU Delft, and Space questions. You can sign up to join the quiz in groups of 3-4 on the Artemis website – the quiz sign up link will be made available at around 13:00 on Tuesday 13th December. Just click the button below!  If you do not have a group yet, absolutely no worries. Via the same link you can sign up and we will assign you a group at the entrance of the event. After the quiz and a short break, Pino Blues Band will entertain us with live music for an hour, from 19:30 to 20:30!

IMPORTANT: because of the limit on the number of people who can be in the Atmosfeer (100 people), registration for the Christmas Space Bar is mandatory! This is free but you’ll need to be registered to get in on the day – the link for the registration will be on the Artemis website on Tuesday 13th at 12:30 (on the event page of the December Space Bar), or click the button “Door access” below. Registration is only allowed for MSc students, staff, and PhDs of the Space Department. Check the event page on our website for registration links when they go live, or follow us on Instagram and you’ll see the links when we post them on our story.

As always, don’t forget to bring your stamp card to redeem your 3 free drinks! If you like, you can also use the Artemis logo on the stamp card to get your one-time additional drink 😉 If you still don’t have a stamp card, you can also pick one up just inside the door on the day.
